Location, Location, Location
The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children aged 9 & 11). Very cosy apartment (apt) that has large opening windows with small balconies. Wonderful for our children's ages, that are safety conscious, but not for very young children. It was very well appointed and there were many guides and references to hand. The owner gave us a brilliant information pack prior to our arrival. We were met by a Parisian Angel who handed over the key and showed us around the apt, gave us some top tips and brought flowers, freshly baked bread and cheese. Nice touch. The apt is close to metro stops that got us to all sights. Located in a popular vibrant quarter without being noisy or disturbing at night. Restaurants, cafes, laundry's etc within minutes walk. The WiFi is good and very usable for Facebook, Google etc. We were extremely happy with the apt and felt as though we were in the middle of it - living like Parisians. The apartment is accessed by stairs or lift. The kids would race up the stairs while I would take a more relaxed lift/elevator ride. The apt building was secure, key access to a main outer door and key access to an inner door. We felt safe in the area and very welcome. For film fans ,the location was used for the big French film Amélie (PG), Colligans grocery is 100 yards away and is kept as it appears in the film. Deposit returned quickly without question. Apt comes highly recommended.

Quiet apartment in a very lively corner of Paris
Very friendly landlords and contact persons on the spot. The welcome was very warm, we were greeted with fresh baguette, cheese and wine. Three of us and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. An old house with lots of charm in a lively, friendly area. Infrastructure fits well. The bathroom is delightfully tiny, but it all worked well. A wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Great apartment, location, food and people!
We recently stayed at the Guitteau apartment in Montmartre. This is a great location! It's like living in a small friendly neighborhood located within a large city. Nearby are many cute shops and intimate family-owned restaurants that not only have excellent food, but also reasonable prices. With the Metro 2 short blocks away, it is quick and easy to reach all that Paris has to offer. The apartment itself is charming and comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay memorable. This was one of our best trips, and we're hoping to return soon.

Home away from home and almost better!!!
After a long flight from California, our greeter arrived with bread, wine and cheese!! What a great start!!! The apartment is small but compact with everything you need!!! The neighborhood is close to restaurants, shops, metro, even a laundry, while still maintaining a residential atmosphere. On the fourth floor, with a working elevator and delightful view of neighborhood rooftops you are moments away from wherever you want to go! Walking every where is one of the best bonus you enjoy all the sights you desire. I will go back again as soon as I can!!!

Comfy beds and Outstanding Service Make this a Winner in Paris
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint apartment in Montmartre. The support from the owner and the local service people is outstanding. The unit, while small (normal for Paris) is clean and well-equipped. For three people, it was perfect. We especially appreciated the high-quality sofabed that sleeps more like a regular bed. It's a great location to hop on the Metro and close to cafes, grocery stores, and of course, boulangeries! When we told the owner of our vacation plans, we received customized advice. We really used the guidebooks and they saved us time by knowing where to go and how to skip some of the lines (two words: Museum Pass). When there were questions during the stay, we received prompt replies. The TV and Wi-Fi worked well (had to unplug the TV box to reboot one time). If I could change anything about the property, I would expand the shower a few inches and add air conditioning, but both of those conditions exist throughout Paris so you are hard-pressed to do better than this great little rental.
